Applicability

This policy shall be applied to all the products that are bought from Crystal Cleany.

Definitions

• You: The consumer who visits our website and buys products from it.
• Company: Referred to as “Crystal Cleany,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” throughout this policy, located at Suite # 806, Anum Estate, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi, Pakistan.
• Service: Refers to the website crystalcleany.com.
• Goods: Items available for purchase on our website.
• Order: A request made by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Order Cancellation Rights

You have a special right of 7 days’ notice about the cancellation of the contract without stating any reason for the said cancellation of the Goods.

To cancel an order, you must communicate your desire to us within 7 days from the date you or a third party (excluding the carrier) received the Goods.

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods, using the same payment method as your original order. No fees will be charged for the reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The Goods were purchased within the last 7 days.
• The Goods are in their original packaging.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

• Customized or personalized items.
• Items that are perishable or have expired.
• Unsealed items that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons.
• Goods that have been mixed with other items after delivery and cannot be separated.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the above conditions are not met.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us. Please send returns to:

We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Refunds will only be issued upon receipt of the returned Goods or proof of delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the return is processed, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods were not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to them before giving it to you, we will refund the gift giver.
